Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Guten Tag,

 

mein HP ist nur 2-3 Wochen alt  und ich habe jetzt schon Probleme mit dem Laptop.

Leider ist der Akku vom Laptop schon nach ca. 2,5 Stunden leer und muss auf Stromsparmodus wechseln.

 

Ist das ein Montagsmodell oder was ist da los? Akkueinstellungen habe ich auch schone geändert.
