HP will not carry this any more so you have to order from an online seller.

I am very upset and dissatisfied with your solution, the battery from Amazon is not original and gives errors during take off Provide us on your platform an original battery I regret buying this HP laptop at such a high price!

I do not work for HP. I gave you the link to the HP Store but told you HP would likely no longer have it and it turned out to be true. If you are having a problem with the battery you purchased, take it up with the seller. I cannot make HP offer batteries for this laptop. I can probably find you an original HP battery on German eBay if you wish. I tend not to recommend those as they may be old stock. Good luck.
