hi dear hp support team member
My Device is

What is the reason for hearing audio noise when the HP Dragonfly laptop is turned off, and is this problem considered a hardware problem?
- This sound is electronic, like a buzzing and a hissing, and its volume is faint and low. It is continuous and exists in both the off and on states of the laptop, and it occasionally fluctuates in intensity.
- In general, can the continuous presence of this electronic sound lead to battery drainage or reduce the lifespan of my HP laptop?
