HP Recommended

So the laptop decided once again to auto shut off without any warning while I am doing college work and after it came back on, it has I suppose the latest version of windows 11 where the task bar is now a little bar that expands when you hover over it. I tried to flip the laptop over to start doing homework in one note with my stylus and the screen won't flip anymore. Rotate lock was enabled but disabling it changed nothing, also I don't see any tablet mode settings in the windows settings? Anyone have this issue and knows what to do?
