Laptop circles in HP Logo screen for some time and then restarts and again circles in HP logo screen, its like a loop.

 

Tried to perform a recover using F11 but it starts and the same loop continues

 

Bios Diagnostics fast check was done and Memory fast check failed with the below details

 

Failure ID - GSPBPV-9MHAH2-MFGKGJ-404N03

Product ID - 4AP89EA#ABU

 

Please let me know what this error means and should i replace the RAM?

The spec page for that model indicates  8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB)

That would mean there are two sticks of RAM.  So now the question - which one or both bad.  Remove one and run the test again than replace that stick and remove the other.  That way it will identify which or both may be defective.

Then the defective one needs to be replaced..3Here is the manual for that model line

Memory replacement starts on page 34.  Most repair techs and experts advise to replace memory in matched pairs.  If you cannot match the existing memory, then buy a new pair to replace both.
