Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-w0XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to update my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-w0XX BIOS to version F.52 Rev.A that's available at HP's support website under the code SP111954. The update was detected by the Software and Driver Downloads tool. However, the installer won't go through after it's downloaded and extracted to C:\SWSetup\SP111954. No error message is presented. It will only open and close itself, without any window even showing up – I can only tell it was launched by checking it showing up at the Task Manager. How can I produce a log of errors to troubleshoot this, provide better info, and get proper assistance? Or how can I overcome this issue?
