Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1024wm

My laptop glitches here and there, all of a sudden, the screen turn black on and off, and is shaking and everything is blurry. This happened sometimes. I don't if it is a driver issue or what but it's starting to make apps that have crash, for example now all of a sudden, my Zoiper app keeps crashing. I have not done anything differently, only thing is I have windows 11 a few months ago. What is causing the glitch and how can I fix it?
