COULD ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME: HOW MUCH DOES THE REPLACEMENT OF UPPER AND LOWER CASINGS OF LAPTOP MODEL HP15-AY025TU COST? AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE INTERNAL HARDWARE, EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE. ALSO PLEASE TELL ME HOW MUCH DOES IT COSTS IF I REPLACE UPPER AND LOWER CASES SEPARATELY.

Hi,
I guess the prize depends if you want to replace the parts yourself or have local technician replace them.
If you go to 31 and 38 of service manual you can see all the parts of computer and find the part number of the part you need.

Now if we look at base enclosure (bottom casing) we see that the part number is 854999-001
We can find the part online by searching with part number or go to HP parts store ($28.00) and buy the part:
On page 52 of service manual we can see the various steps to remove the base enclosure and replace with new one.
You can follow the same procedure for top case (I do not know if you mean the casing where the keyboard is (top cover) or the cover of the display.
You can also look at these HP videos for your model which can help with the fix (click on base enclosure in list on left):
