I would like to upgrade to a backlit keyboard and was looking to see if the motherboard in my 17” by3036st laptop had an LED slot for doing such. Thanks!

@alebwithaK I'm afraid you cannot replace or upgrade to a backlit keyboard from a non backlit keyboard as that is not recommended or supported by HP, the same could cause compatibility issues with other devices designed to work on your device.
