Product Description: HP Pavilion - 15-au171tx
Case Subject: hp au 15-171tx backlit keyboard is not working properly. technicians say it a short circuit. but they don't have the original backlit keyboard for my model. now I can not understand what to do. how can I get a new keyboard?

Did you contact HP Support or a local Tech?
If you have contact a Local Tech, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options. If the Product warranty expired there will be charges
