Device Manager shows two Base Systen Devices need drivers.

You need this driver for the base system devices...
This package contains the driver for the Ricoh 5-in-1 Card Reader for the supported notebook models and operating systems.

From the page posted by @CF4, it seems that model came with Vista. Is that correct?
BTW: it would help the search if you posted the hardware ID's that Device Manager has for those two items.
