Ciao a tutti, Ho un problema con il mio HP spectre l'ho preso solo da due settimane ho collegato un hub USB alla porta USB tipo c del Pc ho ricaricato il PC tramite hub collegando l'alimentatore all' hub insieme ad altre periferiche come monitor esterno e due hard disk esterni finora nessun problema adesso però la batteria risulta in carica e il LED di ricarica rimane acceso anche se tutte le periferiche sono scollegate il PC non è connesso a niente ma il LED rimane acceso e l'icona della batteria mostra il disegno della presa di corrente come se il PC fosse connesso alla rete elettrica Ho provato a spegnere ,a riavviare a fare diagnostica della batteria sia con il software HP support che con il bios il test diagnostico della batteria dice che è tutto a posto ma il test dell' alimentatore anche se collegato dice che non è possibile verificare il livello di carica,inoltre la batteria non si ricarica anche se l'alimentatore è connesso Ho provato anche a collegarlo direttamente al PC senza usare l'hub nessun risultato, qualcuno ha qualche suggerimento?
