Laptop Battery not charging, Its showing "Plugged in, not Charging". Is it Issue with the hardware or Battery?

i buy new HP omen 17t-w000 .my laptop is in 7 month warrenty .and my laptop get problem like this when i plug chager laptop show plug in and start charging but after 2 to 10 minutes laptop battery show "Plug in but not charging " this message coming very fastly .i had wast my 155000 rupees pleasse help me .i had do all the thing but nothign happen
.i had reset window and then uninstall ACP power adapter driver but nothing happend .please help me i had try every thing ther nothing any right solution so i decide to get help from orignal site .
i dignose battery through BIOS so a message come up on the screen" Faliur Id : 632PKS-8478LK-MFPX7F-C0C803".
PLEASE HELP MEEE....

Sorry to know,
The failure ID indicates that the Battery has failed and needs replacement to fix the issue.
As you say, that the PC is still under warranty, HP will replace it for you for no cost.
I request you calll HP and have it replaced.

Sorry to know the battery has failed.
If the unit is under warranty, HP will replace it for you. If not you will have to buy one .

when i check through HP support battery assistant it show battery running good and i remove batter and plug only charger and computer run smoothly .but only charging time it not chagr i have confusion that ther is battery fault or AC Adapter fault or mother bord fault
