Hi I need help with my battery issue, I have run the test and there is a failure ID mentioned above, I have bought a new battery to replace my old one and it was working fine for about 2 weeks until I noticed it stopped charging at a specific percentage, I have done the following troubleshoot:
- uninstalled the battery driver
- remove the battery and installed back
I have also let my battery drain and recharge it back, it works until it reaches 79 % and it stopped charging.
