Battery Failure with Failure ID

Hello, recently my HP Pavilion - 15-cs0053cl hasn't been charging and it will not work unless plugged in. I did a Components Check on the battery and it gave me the failure ID GUW2XV-9AXANU-MFPW3F-C09P13 . Can somebody please tell me what that ID means?

Battery 1

The fact that the battery is no longer charging and you can't run the notebook unless it is on A/C power, suggests that you need to replace the battery.

Chapter 3 has the battery part number, or you should be able to find it on the battery once you remove it.
