Battery Issue

I have an hp laptop model: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-w0XX, I have it in 2017.

I plug in my laptop, the battery charge and it gives 100% fully charge, I leave it plug in. After few days around 2 - 3 days, the laptop battery drops to 94% suddenly, and start to charge while the laptop is still plug in.

Is that a normal behavior, or an issue with the battery?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

It is normal nothing to worry. Since you are using a Lithium ion Battery, once the Battery is charged 100%, automatically it switches off charging the Battery so as to avoid overcharging and thus reducing the battery performance and life cycle overtime

If you suspect any issues with the Battery you can update the BIOS and then run the Battery Test from F2 Diagnostic

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Power > Battery
