HP Pavilion x360 - 14m-cd0001dx
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently replaced my laptop's battery with a new original one supported. However, when I run my laptop on battery, it runs for quite some time and then shuts down, although the battery has a charge. When I turn it on again, the laptop shows it has a charge, and there is no abnormality with the charge of the battery, like a sudden drop in battery percentage. I believe there is an issue with the battery calibration, but I don't know how to fix it.

Thank you in advance for providing a solution.

I have tried the diagnostic tool to check and recalibrate the battery, but calibration fails with an error showing something like Battery Calibration(20).

@Ratul_Mazumder,

All right, thank you for providing this specific: calibrate (20) error.  Please take a look at @Echo_Lake's calibrate (20) error troubleshooting steps here: How to solve the "Calibrate (20)" error in battery test in H... - HP Support Community - 7995044.

Unfortunately, if your battery's calibration error persists, there is a good chance that your battery is defective and needs to be replaced.
