Hp Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop pavilion 15 (i7-7500;12 ram; Nvidia GeForce 940mx) has an issue while charging.

When I'm playing or using any other software the computer starts losing battery and having trouble running the software. For example if I'm playing a game everything is normal but for a moment I start losing fps like the pc wasn't even charging (note that this happens even with low specs and easy to run games and even with some normal work apps).

Also when this happens the pc has trouble charging to 100% sometimes even losing battery.

I have recently changed my hdd to a a ssd sata and also placed a pcie. Don't think that those cause any problems.

Is the solution buying a new battery or ac charger? I have disconnected the battery and use the pc directly plugged in and the same happens.
