Battery Not Charging

Hi,
My laptop says 0% available (plugged in, not charging). I have tried leaving it off and charging, no luck. I have tried reinstalling the drivers which also doesn't work. I also tried updating the BIOS to F.49 rev.A. Still not charging. Please advise? Thanks
