My laptop starts when I plug in the charger and no battery found is displayed in HP Support Assistant Software and no icon is displayed in windows.
When I unplug, the laptop runs successfully, orange charging lights start blinking but the battery working well.
Sometimes, the laptop starts normally without the plug-in charger. Battery icon also showing in windows with good battery health and percentage.

Enter the device manager, then click on batteries and uninstall the drivers and restart the device.
