I recently had an issue with my laptop where in it went from 100 to 0 without me using it and then when I restarted it it showed the message "The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low for optimal performance the battery may be needed to be replaced"
I then proceed to perform the diagnose through HP support assistant App and it showed the same thing
Now I had brought a carepack with my laptop and it is still valid for 13 Months and when the support assistant App redirected me to HP it said my battery is covered under the warranty but I talked with HP support on Phone and they said my battery would be needed to be replaced and is not covered under the carepack warranty. It's a little paradox my carepack says it's covered I don't know what to do now is it covered or is it not ?
