Dear HP

I have a HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0003ne and after doing a battery status update I found it to be "Very Weak" on HP diagnostic tool on my desktop. I can't run the laptop if it is not connected to the power supply adaptor. I wanted to ask if it is possible I can ask HP to order for me a battery replacement because my laptop does not have warranty?

I can't keep going like this with my laptop and really need a battery. I tried to look at the HP parts store but I don't know which battery to get because when I search my laptop with the serial code, product code as well as notebook name, I don't find anything. So I think the only way is to get HP to order me one? Also, where can I find information on how to install the new battery physically, should I be able to get one in the future?

Would appreciate it if a member of HP can let me know about this and if it is possible to actually get HP to order a battery for me, as I am willing to pay??

Thanks
