HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Purchased brand new laptop.  HP Support Assistant says Battery Status is weak.  Ran a test and it says the battery is normal but the status remains weak.  Battery has been charged.  Cant find anything online, any ideas as to what is wrong
