Common problems for Battery

OMEN 15 dc1093tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have registered numerous complaints about the degraded performance of my laptop's battery, through calls and WhatsApp.

Note: I had purchased an extended care package provided by HP

Every time I've been told that the battery is not covered in warranty even though the warranty information on my HP Dashboard and the official warranty page clearly state that N-CSR Battery replace as one of the deliverables. I show them the page info and they still deny it.

My battery goes from 100% to 15% in less than 30 minutes (even with keyboard lights turned off and no applications running). I have even performed battery calibration as directed by support staff. The battery was working as expected for about 3 months after I purchased the laptop and I have been trying to get this solved since then - pointless since HP refuses to provide proper support to their customers apparently.

I have attached an image below showing the warranty information (Blurred out Serial and Product numbers)

HP Website States the same:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05843717

Hi Praveen, the link you provided also states that the battery warranty is covered under the extended warranty pack that I had purchased. The cause of my battery's poor performance is definitely not due to misuse or damage caused by me. I have been facing this issue since the first year of purchase(within a few months from purchase to be precise). However, support agents still refuse to provide solutions to this problem. I have complained too many times already.
