Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) 
Hello, can you please help me with the purchase of a suitable charger and battery for my HP laptop model. The model is this 14-ba013nm ( its Hp Pavilion x360 Covertible). I'm most unsure which power adapter to buy (volts).My old adapter is lost and i don't have photo of it. Can asomeone give me advice on how to buy the correct adapter and battery for my laptop. Battery I want to buy because my current one is so week, and probably is like that becasue i bought not suitabler adapter (it not original HP charger but some chinese version). Thank you so much!

There are few ways, the simplest way is to look at their part numbers (p/n) from their labels and order same numbers. Or use paper work:

The specs says it uses

Power supply type
65 W AC power adapter
Battery type
3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion

 

Page 20 and page 27 tells you part # of battery and charger. Now you have both, you can order (if available from HP Stores) or search online in your country or eBay
