Battery and charger related

So I can use my pc for over 3 hours with the battery only, But when I charge it the icon shows up the charging light lit up. But then instead of charging it discharges the battery. Like I can use it for an hour on 30% but when I plug in the charger it goes to 0% in less than 10 minutes. And I don't know if it's the battery because I can use it for like almost 4 hours without any issues. But the issue happens when I plug in my charger.
