Hi,
I ran the tests for the battery and I need to make HP replace it.
There is no number to call HP.
The directory to find a support centre in London shows only places for printers, not for laptops.
This model doesn't allow users to change their own battery.
I started a case and received a case number but no further details have been asked to me through the automated support and the link received via email to get further support doesn't even work.
From my profile in the case number section when I click on Contact HP, it keeps rolling and rolling and doesn't show the results.
The absence of support and the waste of time is a strong point to consider for future laptop purchases.

Hi @Echo_Lake, I had already visited the page you suggested and I did it again today and I still get a page where it asks me to sign in but it doesn't even allow me to. It just reloads the page with the picture of a printer and the sign in button if I need further assistance...
I need a telephone number please.
