Solved!

Battery connected but not charging?

Omen 8259
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey.

Battery is regularly connected and passed the HP PC HW Diagnostic. Adapter passed the test too.

The battery icon is stuck at 60% and not going on nor indicating charging, tho.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the battery driver and a reset pressing the on/off button for a minute with AC adapter and USB devices disconnected.

Any idea?

We'll have to then do a system reset: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289
