Ever since the most recent major update to Windows 10 the battery no longer charges. I have tried the suggested fix of uninstalling and reinstalling the battery and AC adapter but that has not fixed the issue. The support assistant assistant check tells me that the battery is weak but functioning correctly. When running the Hardware Diagnostics test the test gets to 10% and stops saying it was cancelled leaving me with no other information. This is not the first time I have had this issue following a major update last time it eventually fixed itself but I would like to know if it is the same thing this go round or if I need to finally replace the battery.
