HP Pavilion - 15-cc594nd 

Product name: 2GR86EA#ABH

 

The battery of my HP laptop hasn't been charging well lately and only up until 60% and many times less.

I get the error-id shown above and it also said the status is primary and it has a defect fuse.

 

The warranty period ended last year already, can someone tell me if I can just change the battery (myself) or if it is a different problem?
