Battery drain when shut-down (HP Spectre x360)

HP don't care, it's been over 3 months for this thread alone with this battery drain problem and no help from HP. I guess we just have to speak with our wallets next time and buy a Dell XPS 13 instead or something similar, also word of mouth, I have told several work college's not to buy HP and definitely not this model due to this problem.

 

Its a shame as it is a nice laptop other than this issue.

 I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I look forward to being contacted by HP.

 

I just arrived in Johannesburg. I had fully charged my laptop the night before I left and turned it off.

 

When I arrived here, about 24 hours later, it had just over 70% of its charge...it lost 30% in 24 hours without being used.

 

That is a serious problem.
