My laptop battery is draining very fast with no heavy use. Before it goes up-to 2-3 hours but in these few days it drains only in 30 mins, after diagnostics it tells me my battery is weak, but how is it possible, it have more 700 cycle counts left from 1000 cycle counts.

The diagnostics you ran tell me that the battery must be replaced in order to resolve the issue.
One specific thing red flag that I see is the the full charge capacity of the battery is only 47%. That is why it is draining so quickly.
I suggest replacing the battery it as soon as possible.
If you wait too long and the BIOS becomes corrupt, your laptop might not even boot up or charge any more.
That is the downside of modern laptops no longer using a separate RTC battery to provide current for the BIOS chip on the system board.
