The battery on my HP Pavilion can only charge up to 20%. I ran a system test and the battery failed with failure ID PU7SXR-95XCHJ-MFPW3G-C08B03. I searched this ID and have not found it anywhere, Can somebody tell me the meaning of this ID? Thanks
