Battery issues in my laptop

HP Recommended
Pavilion15-CX0055UR
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have issues with my battery and my warranty.

whenever I turn on my laptop it shows a notification that the battery is not working properly.It hardly gives me a backup of 1hour.

And the problem with my warranty is that I bought it on 14/10/19 but online it shows that it has been expired on 15 june 2019.

How is that even possible?
Is this the loyalty you promise to your customers.

I have my bill on the date of 14.10.2019 and the date was 13:34:01.
I bought it from bishkek Kyrgyzstan at technodom Asia mall.

And now my battery is damaged within warranty and still no one there is answering any text or call.

Today my warranty is being expired as per the bill still no hp support is helping me.

I am in india right now.

Please help me with this.

@Shariq7

The warranty date issue has nothing whatsoever to do with "loyalty".

If I understand what you're saying, you bought the PC on October 14th 2019, right?  And the warranty expired date said June 15th, 2019.  The warranty date is set when the PC is BUILT, not when it is SOLD.  So, this PC was built in June of 2019.  What you have to do is register it with HP to then have the warranty start date reset to when you bought it.  I'm guessing you did NOT do that, as you did not mention it.

We can not do anything about you NOT registering it -- you will have to take this up with HP directly.
