My laptop's battery needs to be replaced, I  bought it only two years ago and its battery is already very weak. My warranty has expired and I cant find a compatible battery for my laptop. Any help?

Hi,

It is normal that the battery degrades. I usually replace the batteries in my notebooks about every 18-24 Months as the loss in capacity will be really noticeable.

The part number for the battery is 920070-856

You can try an online search in your country or your nearest HP service center

Example:

On page 35 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the battery

Hope it helps,

David
