What is the exact issue you are facing with the battery?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article to run a test on the battery.

Thank you. i solved it by uninstalling my battery driver and then shutting the laptop. then turning it on after 30 min.

Hi. 

I am facing the same issue. 

Could you please elaborate what you did, so I can do the same and see if it helps. It just happened so suddenly. My battery life went from 5 hours to 1 hour at most
