Desperately seeking battery part number 816238-850 Are the ones  available out of Cina and Hong Kong reliable and original HP parts?

You are right Banhien, I did not word my question correctly, but you get to my point. How do I know if the replacement battery I find on these sites are reliable? One site is Smartproductshopping.com They have a compatible battery with same HP part number. Another site is called "Adapter" by One-cable.com   How can one check on their reliability?

Probably nearly all consumers HP laptops now are Made in China. Why not batteries ? Please buy from reliable stores specially if online.
