I am having a problem with my battery percentage. Sometimes my phone isnt charging but I already replaced the old battery with a new one because in the old battery, my laptop wont start when i dont plug the charger and when i unplug the charger it would shut down but i thought it will solve my problem since i already bought a new battery but in my new battery it isnt working properly. Sometimes it is charging and the orange light is solid and not flickering meaning the laptop is receiving a power but even though it is still 60% and is charging, the system tray battery bar is showing 100% fully charged and when i unplug the charger it will show the accurate percentage for example 63% (because it receives power from charging). But sometimes it wont, when I am charging my laptop the orange light is still flickering meaning it but the battery percentage shows 100% fully charged and when i unplug the charger still 100% but the orange light did not go away and when i shut down the laptop and try to reopen it without the charger it wont open and the orange light is still flickering. Please help, my battery is new.
