I am having problems with my battery. Maybe it is 50% or a little less and, without being plugged into the power, it turns off. I have made the diagnosis of HP and it says that it is in perfect condition. It is a problem that does not occur all the time, but does occur from time to time.

Thank you very much for your help. I update the BIOS and i will see how my computer works with the passing of the days. There is another thing that i would like to know, how can i do to desactive the touch screen of my computer?

Follow the below steps to disable the touchscreen.
- In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, then select Device Manager.
- Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and then select HID-compliant touch screen. (There may be more than one listed.)
- Select the Action tab at the top of the window. Select Disable device or Enable device, and then confirm.
Cheers!

Thank you for your help. I don´t want to bother you much but i found another problem in my computer, and it´s that only charges until 94% of battery and i don´t know why. Yesterday i left it more than 12 hours charging and when i woke up today it was on 94%. Again, thank you for your help

That's normal. Usually, when the battery is charged 100% the computer stops charging the battery when the charger is connected and this is to protect the battery from overcharging. When the battery drops to a certain percentage then the battery starts charging again.
Thanks!
