Hello,

 

İ have problem about battery. when i plug in adapter to pc it is not charging. But no error code or failure sign. When i get battery report, was look good. Also i checked the adapter with another pc and it was working good. what are the possibilities of this problem. can u help me ?

Can we possibly see the advanced battery report? And know the full model number of the laptop? 99 times out of 100, battery charging issues are solved by replacing the battery.
