I need to get an email to report a problem I currently have with my Notebook's battery.
I tried several times through WhatsApp support, obtaining temporary solutions, but after a few days the problem reappears (Calibration needed).
It was reported at least 3 times and I followed the instructions for repair, (Recycling, BIOS update, manual checks, OS backup/reinstallation/restore, charger check) but I never got a definitive solution.
Unfortunately today the warranty has expired, but the problems were reported before the expiration, clarifying to the operators that I needed a solution before the expiration, but I did not get a satisfactory answer.
