notebook 15-dw0014nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone. My notebook, 15-dw0014nl, bought in may 2020, doesn't  charge the battery when is on. I have to switch it off when the battery is low to charge it. The problem started just after an automatic software update, but I don't know if it is important. How can I try to solve this problem? ( I am not an expert) or it is better to send the notebook to tecnical support?

You need to run diagnostics on the battery:

Your battery is under warranty but if you call in a claim they will just make you run these test so better to go ahead and run them.

Thank you for your advice. I have tried to run diagnostic but it doesn't detected a specific error. During the test it asks to set the pc in charge as if it were not. I am afraid the only solution is to send the pc to assistance service.
