Pavillion 14-dh1086tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. My laptop battery has been getting worse over the last few weeks, running out in less and less time. My laptop now runs out in 10 minutes and  BIOS is telling me I need to get a battery replacement due to age. However, it is only 1.5 years old and has only done 235 out of 1000 cycles. I have a HP Pavillion x360 14-dh1086tu, and the battery type, I believe, is 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the battery and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
