Envy x360 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone,

I bought HP Envy x360 (15-aq100nx) three years ago. I noticed my battery was draining too quickly so thought to order a new one from HP. I contacted HP Support just to hear that they don't provide hardware support after 3 years. In fact, they didn't event share the part number and said they don't have any information available as this is more than 3 years old machine.

It's a matter of huge disappointment that a battery is supposed to last for 3 years but HP would not provide any replacement part after three years. Further, a year ago, one of the rubber feet fell off due to weak adhesive and unfortunately I lost it at some point. I understand that I can get a battery from a third-party seller  but how will I get the rubber foot.

I have been a fan of HP and was thinking to upgrade to a newer model but their customer service has really disappointed me.

Hi @The_Fossette

Thanks a lot for your help. I really appreciate that. Would you be able to give some leads on how to order those part numbers as it looks like HP store does not provide those anymore?

Regards,
