Hello, I have an HP ENVY 13 inch model ad0xx, it's been almost 2 years since I bought it and the battery started to swell recently, the back panel doesn't even close properly right now becuase of it, I've been trying to find the replacement part for it everywhere but no luck yet, the hp webpage won't recognize the product number fo the battery which is 921438-855, can I get some help please? would really appreciate it, I'm from Mexico btw.

The problem is that none of the sellers ship to Mexico, I’ve had no luck finding one that does
