Dear Partner,

I thank you for your response and suggestion

Well, I got through with that process as I am not in country of purchase so I selected that country and they gave me contact number but after dialling it start speaking Hungarian language which I don't understand. But I opened case through virtual agent my case number is 5058037408 and CRM # 0000498641169 . I just received automatic email of case creation but not any further support. I even replied to that email as follow-up but still get any response. Please chase my case , I am worry that I need it quickly and my warranty will expire if it takes long.

I look forward to get your response , I would appreciate your cooperation.

Many thanks
