Hello everyone, I've an ENVY X360 start date in August 30, 2018.
I found some convex on the left hand side of the case, I thought that would be caused by battery deterioration.
I call my support in my country (Thailand) to get a support, He said that my battery warranty was expired.
so my question is , if I have warranty as below details can i get a battery warranty from this ?
