You're very welcome.
That's the driver you need for the device in question.
You may have to manually install the driver since the auto install method didn't work.
To manually install the driver, go to the device manager.
Click on the unknown ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0003 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp148860.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file within that driver package which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
[Manufacturer]
%Mfg% = HP, ntamd64, ntx86
;======================= Device Install x64 Section ========================
[HP.ntamd64]
%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC0003
%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC000C
