Hello, added extra SSD nvme m.2 into free slot, but BIOS not detected it. Find only old HDD.

In My Computer showing new disc.

 

I want install windows in new SSD, but BIOS cant find it.

Are you sure, that your SSD is compatible with your mboard? I mean if the slot support only sata-lanes, you cant start on it with m2-pci-express (and vice versa). You better clarify it. Course, if you already tried to change some settings in the bios (uefi, legacy-mode ant etc)

Everywhere this disc is detected, in My PC, Device Menager,  I can use new disc.  Only  Bios not find it.  
Maybe need to change AHCI to RAID. But in BIOS I can't to find this function.

Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu.
