Product: Hp probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, my probook started another bios update but then for stuck at 100% (updating camera controller firmware from v 014 to 017)...

Could there be an issue because my laptop was connected to hdmi monitor during the bios update?

When I unplug the monitor, the laptop screen stays dark (power light is on steady but no other signs of life). When I plug the monitor back in, the same message is still there.... (see pic)

 

What to do? Not keen on the "press and pray" method, don't want to risk ruining my laptop... 

 

Please help (in easy to understand words please... :)) thank you.
